Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nuvvle (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuvvle. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a person under 18. Nuvvle is intended only for adults seeking to meet other adults.

3. Your account

You sign in with a verified email (passwordless link). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email secure. Provide accurate information; do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age, or attributes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm other members; post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringing content; solicit money or promote commercial schemes; create fake or duplicate profiles; scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service; or attempt to access other members’ data. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Member safety

Nuvvle does not conduct criminal background checks and does not verify that members are who they claim to be. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Meet in public, tell someone where you’re going, and use the report and block tools if someone makes you uncomfortable. Never send money to someone you met on Nuvvle.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Building your ideal is free. Seeing and messaging matches requires a paid subscription (“Plus”). Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices, promotions (including founding-member and referral rewards), and features may change.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit. You grant Nuvvle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service (for example, to show your profile to potential matches). You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nuvvle does not guarantee that you will find a match, that members are compatible or truthful, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvvle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Nuvvle at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect members or the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Nuvvle is operated by WON, Inc. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of WON, Inc. and appear as WON, INC on your billing statement.
